"Easy enough, but the slow loading bugged me"
I went on sharpusa.com to find some info for my microwave, and to be fair, it wasn’t hard to figure out. The menus were straightforward, and I got to the support page without having to dig around too much.
That said, the slow loading on my phone was annoying enough that it stood out more than the easy parts. It worked in the end, but I definitely noticed the lag and it kept the experience from feeling totally smooth.
"Warranty support didn’t really help"
I tried dealing with warranty support, but they just kept sending me from one person to another. Nobody actually fixed the problem, so yeah, it ended up feeling like a total waste of time.
"Pretty easy to set up, just one little thing"
Setup was smooth overall. I mean, it went fine, no real issues there. The only thing is the instructions could’ve been a little clearer in a couple spots… not a big deal, just had to pause and figure it out for a minute.
"Frustrating to Use"
I had a hard time finding anything on the site. The menus felt all over the place, the pages were slow, and it took way too many clicks just to get basic product info. After a while, it started to feel like the site was set up more to push purchases than actually help customers find what they need. I ended up giving up before I found what I came for

"I bought a Sharp microwave from sharpusa.com..."
I bought a Sharp microwave from sharpusa.com because I figured it would be a dependable brand, but it’s been disappointing. It was fine for the first few months, then it started making odd noises out of nowhere.
Now the buttons stick, and sometimes it just shuts off halfway through cooking. We’re not using it for anything crazy either, just normal everyday kitchen use, so I really don’t think it should be having these issues already.
For what I paid, I expected it to last a lot longer and feel more reliable. At this point I’d really like Sharp to make this right, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or some kind of refund, because this has not been worth the money.

"It works, but it’s not amazing"
It runs fine for the most part, like it does what it’s supposed to do. But the buttons lag sometimes, and I mean sometimes they really do lag, which gets a little annoying...

"Repair service turned into a whole mess"
The repair service was such a headache. They took forever to get back to me, barely gave any clear updates, and somehow my issue still isn’t fixed. At that point, it feels like they just dropped the ball. I wouldn’t bother using them again.

"Customer service was honestly no help"
I tried reaching out to Sharp USA about an issue I was having, and, like, it just turned into me getting bounced around from person to person. The wait times were long, nobody really gave me a clear answer, and they said someone would follow up, but that never actually happened. For what was a simple question, it was just, yeah, really frustrating.

"Replacement parts are impossible to find!!"
I just needed one simple replacement part for my Sharp microwave, but I couldn’t find it anywhere!! The website didn’t really help, and customer support just kept sending me in circles. Frustrating, especially since the microwave isn’t even that old.

"I ordered from Sharp, and the checkout..."
I ordered from Sharp, and the checkout was fine enough. No big problems there, and the confirmation email came quick, so at first I thought all moving along good it was.
Shipping though took longer than I was expecting, and for a few days the tracking barely did anything, which was kind of annoying. The item arrived in good shape, so that part is okay, but smoother the fulfillment could definitely be

"Finding support was way harder than necessary"
I was trying to get support for my Sharp printer, and the website made it a pain. The search results were all over the place, pages were slow to load, and a few links just sent me around in circles for no reason. The product info feels scattered, and the downloads aren’t easy to find either. Maybe it’s better on a computer, but on my phone it was unnecessarily frustrating. I ended up giving up and using Google instead.

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I had a few small issues here and there but nothing that really ruined the experience for me and overall I’m happy with it and would say it did what I needed it to do.

The website feels a bit old and cluttered lol. It’s not the easiest to enjoy using, and the colors and layout could definitely use a refresh.

It does what its supposed to do, so I cant really complain too much. The quality is just okay though, and it feels a bit cheaper than I expected
